30 day return policy:
You may return or exchange your purchase up to 30 days after delivery. After 30 days, we unfortunately won't be able to offer you a refund nor exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: Items that are not in their original condition, damaged goods or orders that have parts missing for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the reason for return is due to a faulty/damaged product). It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.
To return your product, mail it to the address listed below, and email us at email@example.com with the tracking number and carrier of your return. This will help us speed up the whole process.

Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 business days (dependant on your financial institution).
If any items you receive are faulty or damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt of item to notify us. Please be sure to include your order number, details of the fault/damage and if possible a photo of the fault/damage.
After receiving your email, we will provide you with a return postage label so you can return the item to us.
Please note due to the possibility of our products selling out, we cannot guarantee that we will have the original item/size/color in stock. If the original item is in stock, we will ship you a new item. However, if the product is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss whether you would prefer a different item to the same value or a full refund.
We are unfortunately unable to accept exchanges due to the possibility of our products selling out. To guarantee that you receive your desired item/size/color, please place a new order for the replacement item and follow the return policy for the original item.
